Virtual Survey Q1 2018 Updates

As we continue to grow our virtual survey operation here at P4P, we are excited to let you know about several updates we have made to our product! These changes will make it easier than ever to integrate virtual survey into your business.

More Availability

First, we have added more hours in order to accommodate the schedules of more customers. We have always started at 9am ET / 6am PT, and we are now extending our hours several nights of the week to 1am ET / 11pm PT. In addition, we offer weekend hours of 9am - 9pm ET Saturday and 10am - 5pm Sunday. We will continue to monitor these as we get close to summer and potentially be adding more.

Faster Survey Turnaround

We have made several internal changes to our technology platform to significantly speed up the efficiency of our cubing team, and therefore our turnaround time.

Military and International Support

We have made several product additions to support our military and international clients. This includes indicating mode of transport/handling (air, sea, perm storage, etc.) for international, and marking items specifically as pro gear for military shipments so those items can be separately tabulated.

More Notifications

As we have onboarded larger clients who have more complex operations, we have added many more notifications options to make sure everyone is kept in the loop regarding the status of the survey. In addition to notifications upon completion of a video survey, we now send email notifications when a virtual survey is booked, rescheduled, cancelled, or delayed.

Growing Everything

As we do more and more surveys, we have been growing our team and investing in more robust training and quality assurance practices. A larger team means more availability and faster turnaround time as we can take advantage of economies of scale.

We are more excited than ever about the future of video survey adoption in the moving industry. If you have any questions or are interested in learning more, schedule a virtual survey demo now!
